Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 5, 2025 At Fastlane Learning, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy while ensuring we can continue to operate efficiently and uphold our instructor commitments. Standard Refund Terms 7+ Days Before Course Start: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a refund minus a £35 admin fee. Within 7 Days of Course Start: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date are non-refundable. No-Shows or Late Arrivals: If you do not attend your course or arrive late without prior notice, you forfeit your booking and are not entitled to a refund. Partially Completed Courses: If a course has been started, no refunds will be issued for remaining lessons, regardless of reason. Exceptional Circumstances We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in exceptional situations, such as: A medical emergency (supported by official documentation) A serious family emergency (subject to review) Please note that any such refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Instructor Cancellations If a lesson is cancelled by Fastlane Learning due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, or extreme weather, we will: Offer to reschedule the lesson at no extra charge Or, provide a refund for the cancelled portion only Non-Refundable Costs DVSA driving test fees (if booked through us) are subject to DVSA policies and are non-refundable through Fastlane Learning. Administration and processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. Important Notice – Limitation of Refunds (Small Print) By booking with Fastlane Learning, you acknowledge and accept that refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances beyond those explicitly stated in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that falls outside our terms or that we believe may be subject to misuse, misrepresentation, or unfair demand.
