Effective Date: July 5, 2025 Welcome to Fastlane Learning. By booking a course, using our website, or accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 1. Definitions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Fastlane Learning. “You” or “the student” refers to the person booking or attending a course. “Services” refers to all crash courses, lessons, materials, and driving instruction provided by Fastlane Learning. 2. Course Booking & Eligibility Students must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence (or equivalent if international). You agree to provide accurate information, including valid photo ID, when booking a course. Fastlane Learning reserves the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met or documents are not provided. 3. Payments & Cancellations Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date may be eligible for a refund (less any admin fees). Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. No-shows or missed sessions are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to instructor illness, unsafe weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a refund. 4. Student Responsibilities You must arrive on time for each lesson and be in a fit and legal condition to drive. You must notify us of any medical conditions or impairments that could affect driving. Repeated lateness, misconduct, or failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the course without refund. 5. Instructor Conduct All instructors are DVSA-registered (or equivalent) and operate with professionalism and courtesy. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your instruction, please contact us immediately via email. 6. Liability Fastlane Learning and its instructors are not liable for any costs arising from test failures, lost time, or additional lessons required. We are not responsible for damages, losses, or claims resulting from road incidents unless caused by our negligence. You are responsible for any damage to the training vehicle caused by reckless or negligent behavior. 7. Driving Test Booking Test bookings are not included unless explicitly stated. It is your responsibility to check your eligibility and prepare the required documents for the driving test. 8. Intellectual Property All materials, branding, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Fastlane Learning and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. 9. Privacy We collect and process personal information, including photo ID, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 11.
